Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery window. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, etc.

Upon completion of purchase an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at check out. Furthermore, once your order has been shipped a shipping confirmation email is sent to that same email address. Within the shipping confirmation email there is a package tracking number and a link to track your package. 

Upon your package being delivered you will receive a delivery confirmation email to the same email address provided at check out. Should there be any issue with the delivery please refer to the delivery confirmation email. There is a link within that email to address any concern.
