Refunds & returns

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong print due to a manufacturing error, contact us within 25 days of delivery and we’ll offer a free reprint, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you. We do not offer standard returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, but if you have concerns about quality, fit, or appearance, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help. 

Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty in the EU and Northern Ireland, and we extend the same 2-year coverage to customers outside the EU as part of our commitment to quality and sustainability.
