Hooks and rings are not included. Customers often ask which color of hooks/rings work best, black or metallic options complement our designs beautifully.

We offer one standard-size shower curtain that fits most North American tubs and showers: 71 inches wide by 74 inches tall.

Our shower curtains do not have a weighted hem. If you prefer extra weight to keep your curtain in place, we suggest adding a weighted shower liner.

No, our designs are printed on one side only. This keeps the visual impact strong from the outside while offering a neutral look from inside the shower to avoid overstimulation.

Every order is thoughtfully prepared before it leaves our hands. Your order will ship as soon as it has been processed. Please allow around 2 to 7 days for processing. Once your order has been carefully completed, it will be shipped promptly to the delivery address.

If you don’t realize the address is incorrect and the delivery is incomplete due to an invalid or incorrect address then you may request a reshipment or cancellation of the order. Costs associated with either of these requests will be your responsibility.

Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Timing is a huge factor that comes into play since these are made to order.  

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will determine whether your order is eligible for a refund based on the stage of fulfillment.

We do not offer standard returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you’re unhappy with your curtain for any reason related to quality, fit, or appearance, contact us within 25 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Yes, our products come with a 2-year warranty in the EU and Northern Ireland in accordance with applicable product safety legislation. For customers outside the EU, we also extend the same 2-year coverage as part of our commitment to quality and sustainability.
