 Earth Day was my second-favorite day of the year as a kid, right after Halloween.

There was something magical about learning how small choices could protect the planet. I was captivated by stories of environmental heroes like David Suzuki, and inspired by the idea that we could all make a difference.

As I grew older, I noticed how easy it is to get disconnected from nature, beauty, and even our own homes. That never sat right with me.

I’ve always felt most grounded outdoors hiking, snowboarding, or pausing in a quiet forest. And I started to wonder:
 What if we could bring that peaceful, grounded feeling into our everyday spaces?
